This is a long-term recruitment where the ambition is for the role to gradually develop into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.

About the role

Do you want to work at a growing tech company where you help create security and peace of mind for people who have been affected by fraud?

SkimSafe is now looking for a Customer Service Agent (50%) to join our team.

The role is based at our office at Surbrunnsgatan 32 in Stockholm.

The position is approximately 4 hours per day on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. During the first weeks we prefer a higher working percentage to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

There may also be opportunities to work additional hours during periods of higher case volume and during the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support via phone and email
  • Handling incoming customer cases
  • Fraud investigations and supporting members in vulnerable situations
  • Cancellation conversations with a focus on understanding customer needs and actively working to retain memberships
  • Documentation and administration related to customer cases

We are looking for someone who

  • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Works independently
  • Is humble, flexible, and pragmatic
  • Thrives in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment
  • Is confident and empathetic in conversations with customers
  • Has good computer skills
  • Is comfortable using the phone as the primary work tool

It is a strong advantage if you also speak Norwegian, as we have Norwegian members. Experience from customer service or working with winback / anti-churn is also considered a plus.

  • You independently handle both simple cases and more complex fraud-related cases
  • You create calm and trust in conversations with worried customers
  • You actively work to achieve high customer satisfaction and reduce churn
